This is interesting. I’ve never heard of a moon cycle, will definitely have to look it up. I’ve always hated my cycle because of cramps as well. However, as I’ve gotten older I have learned to appreciate it to some degree, although I still hate the cramps.

And the Moon Cycle is just another name I call our period since it usually goes along with the phases of the moon...I believe women's menstrual cycles used to be used as like the first calendars to determine the month's length. But cramps are the only part of my cycle that I hate...and I also found out that the severity of your cramps depends on the type of food you eat around the time of your period.

Wow, I never correlated the menstrual cycle with the phases of the moon. It does makes sense thought because the moon does control a lot.
